GENERAL CONDITIONS

If the Customer wishes to change their mind about a purchase made at A1 Motorcycles they will be offered a refund, or exchange to the same value provided they meet the following criteria:

• They return the product to A1 Motorcycles
• The item is returned within 14 days of purchase.
• The original receipt providing the date of purchase is provided.
• The item is in a resalable condition and that it is unworn, unused and in its original condition.
• The product is not an electrical part used for operation of a motorcycle or vehicle. 
• A 10% restocking fee applies.

If the above criteria is not satisfied then A1 Motorcycles reserves the right to not offer an exchange or refund.

FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

A1 Motorcycles will accept product returns and provide the Customer with and exchange, repair or refund if:

• The Product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality.
• The Product is not fit for its intended purpose.
• The Product is returned to A1 Motorcycles.

Please note that in some circumstances some products may require to be returned to the Supplier for evaluation and A1 Motorcycles may be required to return the product to the Manufacturer for repair. In this case the Manufacturer’s warranty will apply and is final.

RETURNS FOR REFUND

All items for return or swap must be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Refunds will only be issued for goods returned. All items must be returned in “As New” resalable condition. If return postage costs are deemed to be our responsibility due to faulty goods, we will credit the return freight.

Please note descriptions and measurements of goods are provided with your order. We will do our best to match our products to the measurements/description however we accept no responsibility for items that do not fit despite our best efforts.
